Tasks & Responsibilities:
Project planning using primavera P6.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless
execution of projects.
Ensuring project time delivery, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Manage all project changes in scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Wadeaa Waste Water Treatment Plant (70 million SR project)
Abha Aseer Waste Water Treatment Plant (79 million SR Project)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Prepare and update baseline project schedule based on the contract.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the
project plan.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule in coordination
with the projects management.
Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curves showing
actual progress.
Identify areas of weakness and establish means and methods for recovery,
if any, as well as new critical activities.
Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly
programs and report.
Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project
Manager.
Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make
comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of
alternative approaches to work.
Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for
tenders.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to
time.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance
standards and specifications.
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and
represent them in the field.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and
personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Assign responsibilities and monitor project team.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project
participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical
related works at site as per approved drawings, methods, and safety rules.
Installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, Fire fighting,
drainage Chiller, Compressors, WTP/STP/ETP, firefighting equipment, pumps,
etc
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials,
consumables, equipment, tools, etc
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the
best options to the MEP Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and
applicable standards or specifications prior to execution.
Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the
mechanical work groups at site.
Responsible for planning & monitoring execution of firefighting, HVAC, and
Plumbing works
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis.
Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable
monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the
Mechanical and electrical groups at site.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction
drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
Carrying out all mechanical works and equipments installation activities
Attends regular meeting with client, civil engineers and consultant to provide
update on project progress.
Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that
may arise at any time
Collaboration with cost control and planning department in preparing the daily
progress reports
Lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site
