• Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
• Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

• Responsible for leading Cement Mill and Packing Plant mechanical maintenance team for achievement of specified objectives.
• To organize all the maintenance activities of concerned area equipment & trouble shooting.
• Making scheduled checks on machinery by implementing preventive maintenance plan to ensure smooth operation of plant & to minimize the unplanned stoppages
• To prepare shutdown maintenance plan & execute the shutdown job activities within specified time
• Allocating work to technical staff to ensure that 24 hour cover is available
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation


• Responsible for leading Preventive Maintenance team to implementation inspection routine, condition-monitoring Routine and Corrective action activity for achievement of specified objectives.
• Preparing preventive maintenance plan to ensure smooth operation of plant and to minimize the unplanned stoppages.
• Inspection of equipment for assessing the life/wear rate of parts, assuring availability of parts accordingly and suggesting improvements in maintenance procedures.
• Preparation of Routine inspection programming and machine check list.
• Issuing and following CMMS work orders and closing after job handing over as per accepted OEM standards.
• Monitoring the equipment reliability and working on the improvement by action plans and follow up the achievement.
• Preparation of condition-monitoring program, setting up all details of the vibration programs, analysis, alarms.
• Implementation the Rout Couse Analysis (RCA) for any problem.
• Vibration analysis Using CSI Analyzer, 2140 Four Channel Pro Consultant.
• Thermograph analysis Using Fluke Ti400 Infrared Camera.
• Corrective action i.e. Misalignment and soft foot problems by dial indicators and Laser alignment Using FIXTURLASER GO PRO.
• Corrective action i.e. balance Using CSI Analyzers, 2140 Four Channel Pro Consultant.

• Issuing and following SAP work orders and closing after job handing over as per accepted OEM standards.
• Technical analysis of operation troubles and support in finding solutions.
• Participation in the RCA for any problem.

• Leading PDM team to implementation vibration Routine and Correct mass unbalance problem in SWCC & SGCC plants.
• Analyze vibration signature using analysis techniques, to detect and diagnose any problem before it leads to failure.
• Correct mass unbalance problem by applying in filed balance jobs "multi plan and multi speed" using different balance techniques.
• Using CSI analyzers, 2120 and 2130 Pro Consultant.
• Prepare a monthly technical reports about the machinery health with clear explanations and professional recommendations and supervise applying these recommendations.
• Create predictive Maintenance program and built up its data.
