• Conduct field assessments to evaluate structural, architectural, and MEP conditions and identify rehabilitation needs.
• Prepare technical designs, drawings, specifications, and scope of work in compliance with standards and safety codes.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and implementation plans for construction activities.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

• Review contractors payment applications and verify quantities.

• Maintain project documentation and track inspection requests.
• Produce 2D/3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct market analysis and provide cost estimates.

• Account for quantities for any project by using digital reports.
• Supervision workers in location of projects.
• Conduct field visit for the project that was designed by office for follow-up on implementation.
• Design many buildings by using many engineering apps (Structure Design).

• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data collection activities through surveys, KIIs, and FGDs with beneficiary
households and other stakeholders and ensure high-quality data is collected in accordance with the approved plans.
• Keep the Senior MEL Officer informed on the progress of evaluation activities according to the plan and report any issues/
limitations arising during the assessments and evaluations.
• Enter collected data and conduct data cleaning and submit to the Senior MEL Officer.
• Enter monitoring data into the activity-level online databases and offline trackers as guided by the Senior MEL Officer and in
accordance with the projects MEL plan.
• Identifying inaccurate records from projects record sets, or databases and correct them by replacing, modifying, or deleting
the coarse data.
• Conduct regular reviews of collected data with the Senior MEL Officer, MEL Officers, and the PAQ Coordinator to ensure
validity, reliability, relevance, timeliness, and accuracy of captured information.
• Use proper tools to document progress and report activities according to the donor requirements such as attendance sheets,
field visit templates, specific forms, etc.
• Conduct regular field visits to implement data quality assurance processes, including PDMs, ODMS, market assessments, spot
checks, and field visits among other verification activities as needed.
• Support the Senior MEL Officer in reviewing progress reports and documents submitted by the program team and provide
comments and action points before approving payments.
• Work closely with the Senior MEL Officer in providing information and documentation for DQA purposes and TPM requests.
• Support Senior MEL Officer to provide timely reports and data summaries as directed in work plans.
• Collect and provide information in relation to CARM cases as requested and guided by the MEL Manager and Senior Office.

• Collect data in a proper way that has been explained by MEAL in the exact formats.
• Uses the Kobo application via smartphones as a tool to record data or any available tool identified.
• Reports to MEAL Assistant on a daily basis toward any issue.
• Develop monitoring indicators for the projects success.
• Ensure that the complaint mechanism and feedback are activated.
• Provide feedback to the MEAL Assistant on project strategies and activities.
• Suggest strategies to the Project officer for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.
• Conduct collect data from the field (Baseline, DDM, PDM, and End-line).
• Receive and record the complaint and feedback via hotline.
• Conduct frequent supervision field visits.
