•Coordinate and monitor the construction operations.
•Interact daily with the construction team and the subcontractors to interpret the scheduled tasks.
•Perform overall quality control of the works.
•Being the engineer responsible for the mock up room finishing.
•Cooperate with the technical team to solve the in-site clashes using REVIT.
I am responsible of the training, installation, implementation of the revit solution.
The training covers the three disciplines (arch-str-mep) on the three levels ( beginner-intermediate-expert)
Managing my own business for 6 years, and leading a team of 6 architects and engineers.
My first experience on the architecture world, i was assigned to a team charged to design and 3D working.
