Conduct the Job-X and Kick-Off Safety presentations. Wrote safety procedures, incident investigated, conducted safety audits, safety training and worked on the Dept. SMS Program implementation.
• Member of Saudi Aramco Project Management Construction Team for overall Ras Tanura Refinery/Ras Tanura Terminal Neat Khuff Condensate Utilization Project (grass roots) construction, pipeline construction, tie-ins and tankage upgrade/replacement.
• Led a team of 20 contractor safety support staff to full implementation of a successful construction safety program.
Contractor firms contributing to these projects included LALCO, Snamprogetti/Dodsal/FAFCO, Al-Suwaidi, ACBI, MMG/S.A. Kent/Kettaneh Bros with Project manpower of 3, 200. Implement a full contractor safety orientation, weekly safety meetings for SAPMT/PMC staff & safety officers and Safe Operations Committee meetings.
