dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper responsible for managing and overseeing all warehouse and inventory operations at Nova Water Company, ensuring the smooth flow of water products, packaging materials, and supplies in and out of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming deliveries of water bottles, dispensers, caps, labels, and raw materials against purchase orders
Organizing and maintaining proper storage of all goods in a clean, safe, and systematic manner
Issuing materials and products to the production and distribution departments as per approved requests
Maintaining accurate stock records using inventory management systems (manual or digital)
Conducting regular stock counts, cycle counts, and periodic physical inventory checks
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management
Monitoring stock levels and raising purchase requests when items reach minimum reorder levels
Coordinating with the procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations
Ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) method is strictly followed for all perishable and dated goods
Identifying and reporting damaged, expired, or defective items for proper disposal
Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software
Good communication skills in Arabic and English
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Physical fitness to handle and move stock when required
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco or SFDA storage regulations (an advantage)
Forklift operation certification (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Honesty, integrity, and accountability in handling company assets
