ِAs an Architectural Project Engineer at Taj Dhabi, , I oversee the architectural aspects of construction activities for the Qiddiya East Resort Core (EVS) Zone 1 - Motorsports Hotel Complex project.

I ensure full compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and scheduled timelines through close supervision of day-to-day site operations.

I coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including BIM, structural, and MEP disciplines, to facilitate seamless project execution and resolve potential clashes proactively.

My role involves monitoring subcontractor performance against project schedules, implementing corrective actions where necessary, and ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and technical requirements.

Additionally, I manage the review and processing, technical submittals, and project documentation, maintaining alignment with contractual and regulatory standards. Through active participation in project meetings and continuous technical support to site teams, I contribute to efficient issue resolution and overall project progress while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

As an Architectural Engineer, I oversaw the civil / architectural components of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. I supported project planning through accurate cost estimates, detailed BOQs, and budget management to maintain financial control throughout the project life-cycle.

My role includes quantity take-offs, evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, and managing full-cycle procurement for architectural materials. I contribute to value engineering by proposing cost-effective, buildable alternatives and coordinate closely with consultants and internal teams to handle RFIs, technical submittals, and technical documentation.

I reviewed specifications, IFC drawings to identify discrepancies and avoid on-site clashes, while also managing document and maintaining site records. By ensuring alignment with quality, and scheduling goals, and through regular client updates and technical workshops, I help drive project efficiency and progress, I’ve also been actively involved in numerous tender projects for major clients, including NEOM, Oxagon, NWC, Qiddiya, and Diriyah company, contributing to both technical and commercial submissions.

As an Interior Architect Engineer, I manage the execution and coordination of architectural and interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

I oversaw site activities, supervise installation of finishes and joinery, conduct final inspections, and prepare punch lists prior to handover.

I also supported in cost estimation and procurement planning by reviewing design documents, performing detailed quantity take-offs, and preparing BOQs for FF&E and architectural elements, and collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams, I ensure seamless integration across all project components.

As an Intern interior Architect Engineer, I involved in the most of project activities—from preparing BOQs and detailed design drawings to cost estimation, procurement reporting, and site supervision.

I worked closely with Project managers and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design intent is accurately communicated and executed.

My role also involves conducting space planning assessments, coordinating inspections, validating site conditions, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
