Office Management & Customer Support Team

• Worked on a price analysis between different quarters for information like total sales for fulfilled and unfulfilled orders, FRA’s, Corporate retreats etc.

• Comparative statement of the unit and total prices for the quotation of the network equipment clipsal of the following companies: Technologic, Ora-Tech Systems and Jaffer Co.
• Compilation of detailed listings of all the properties and vehicles leased by BP in the country, including information like, owner’s name, duration of lease, monthly rental value, asset description, station, registration number, document status, asset value etc.
• Comparative analysis and bid evaluation of I&E Services
• Organization of ‘Procurement and Supply Chain Management’ policies, procedures and presentations along with model contracts and presentations for assistance of the PSCM department.
System Integration & Hardware Solutions
• General computer configurations, assembling of hardware and dealing with technical issues in the system
