Preparation of inspection reports and coordinating with the MEW inspectors during the inspection
monitor welding, welding consumables, Fit-up, Document daily data, witness NDE-RT, PT, MT
Inspection of materials and verifying material test certificates.
Conducting welder qualification test.
Inspections of Pressure Drums and Vessels
Inspections of HRSG as per procedure.
Inspection of INLET&OUTLET DUCTS.
Inspection of piping fit up and weld visual.
Inspection of mechanical equipments leveling, location, plumpness, orientation.
Monitor the welding activities as per project specification, visual inspection of weld elements to follow up the NDT & related heat treatments as per the project specification.
When the line complete and ready for test the line is walk down for punch list secrecies. The punch list in two categories (a) Rectification is mandatory prior to hydro test (b) Rectification required after hydro test .
A grade
➢ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering passed with 70 % from LBSTI in the year 2006.
➢ Metric passed with 73.5 % from S.S.C board in the year march 2003.
