Acting as the main link between Zawya’s Product Managers and the Technology department through:
• Identifying content needs and gaps for different databases, translating them into business requirements and handling the
implementation process from scoping to testing and deploying.
• Identifying, reporting and solving Content Production and Product Management teams’ day-to-day system bugs, through on
going system quality checks, contributing to an overall increase in productivity.
• Organizing and carrying out UAT and Live testing requirements, through test cases and data validation processes, of new flagship
products such as Accelerate SME, Zawya.com, and Thomson Reuters Projects as per Zawya-Thomson Reuters specifications.
• Assisting the management in making deployment decisions by generating a detailed assessment of products’ enhancements after
finalizing UAT.
• Assisting Content Managers in managing content integration streams post Zawya acquisition by Thomson Reuters by mapping
database requirements, capabilities, and workflow processes.
• Generating monthly metrics and reports on content performance and data gaps to assist Content Managers in the enhancements
of the workflow process.
• Training Research Analysts on newly deployed enhancements on the backend content management system.
