Accelerate sustainable financial and business growth by directing all public relations (PR) and digital marketing functions, inclusive of branding initiatives, internal communications, and communications strategies.
Grow market position, create a favorable public image, and maintain a reputation for quality, reliability, and client satisfaction. Create and rollout strategies, campaigns, and search engine optimized (SEO) content based on in-depth knowledge of current market conditions. Field inquiries from media, individuals, organizations, and governments and generate well researched press releases in Arabic/English. Manage delivery of communications to public, clients, Board members, and colleagues, while upholding high quality control (QC) standards in relation to content/communication writing. Communicate company culture, business strategy, and communications objectives. Leverage media relations and opportunities to credibly inform the public, set up interviews with company reps, and negotiate exclusive features (radio, TV, online).
Bolster sales by onboarding new clients, formulating unique selling propositions/differentiators, and capturing new opportunities in relation to campaigns, services, and distribution channels.
Position organization to achieve vision and mission by influencing the definition of long-term strategic goals, while identifying new, profitable business opportunities.
Forge strong connections between customers and the brand by revitalizing business relationships and promoting new products/services. Accomplish client needs in a collaborative effort and impact internal/external client debriefs.

Instrumental in expanding staff to 1300+ and winning medium to large-scale contracts from major sectors within UAE/GCC. Contracts provide integrated fire/rescue, ambulance, and high profile sport/entertainment fire safety consultation services.
Integrated a quality management system (QMS) (ISO 9001 2015), subsequently enhancing customer satisfaction and fulfilling requirements.
