• responsible for managing over 30 products for over 10 international companies concerning the selling and marketing of a wide range of Orphan therapeutics
• responsible of following up with or KOLs to ensure all their questions and concerns are addressed and delivered at the earliest
• communicate with sales, marketing and medical team of our partners to be aligned on all issues related to their products
• prepare sales and market forecast and discuss with our partners
• arrange meetings in hospitals to educate HCPs to increase disease and drug awareness
• set strategic plans with the team on weekly basis on how to follow up on their line of products and manage their daily visits
• participate in local and international conferences to raise awareness and support our KOLs.

Responsible for marketing Genetic medications for Lysosomal Storage disorders (LSD) in Ministry of Health Hospitals
•Increasing awareness regarding the diagnosis & treatment of LSD to Cardiologist, Pediatricians, Nephrologist, Neurologists & Neonate departments.
•Organize events to increase awareness and educate the health care team
•Monitor patient monthly consumption to the weekly Intravenous infusions of current patients and diagnose new cases to initiate treatment
•Cooperate with the medical team for Pharmacovigilance and medical queries reporting
•Achieve quarterly & yearly target
•Maintain trustworthy relationship with our KOL’s and
•Supervise Genetic- Metabolic team to ensure adequate knowledge of the products & train to work with enthusiasm & productivity
•Assign tasks and plan daily visits with the team

•In charge of marketing Orphan Europe Genetic-Metabolic drug products in Ministry of Health Hospitals & has been successful in building professional, trust-worthy relations with our Genetic-Metabolic KOL’s.
•Do presentations to internal medicine teams, emergency room physicians, pediatricians and neonatal physicians about genetic-metabolic diseases and treatments available
•Educate medical team (including nurses) & parents about proper drug administration & storage
•Report medical queries & drug adverse events to PV department
•Organize Patient Awareness Days- to educate parents & patients about their disease & importance of drug adherence for better health outcomes
•Supervise Genetic- Metabolic team to ensure adequate knowledge of the products & train to work with enthusiasm & prodcutivity
•Overachieved the target on a yearly basis by over 120%, with minimal expenses & in 2016, I was the number one achiever in GCC. Moreover, during my 3 years of experience, I was able to double my sales & entered 2 new products into the market and awaiting two new products to be ordered by Central Medical Stores based on patients & physicians need.
•Attended local & international Meetings to increase awareness about Genetic- metabolic diseases & treatments available to reduce health complications & for better health outcome:

Lead a team and assign duties to medical & sales representatives, collectors, promoters, accountants
•Focus on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts.
•Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding all issues related to the medical & cosmetic products we distributed in Kuwait Market such as: purchase orders, marketing materials, monthly sales report, A&P budget, registration requirements and business agreements.

• Input and retrieve patient information from the computerized system
• Monitor for prescription errors, drug-drug & drug-disease interactions.
• Compound & dispense medications.
• Counsel patients on OTC drugs & their drug therapy Advice patients on health & beauty supplies.
• Purchase drugs from drugstores and wholesalers.
• Work with the pharmacy staff as a team to provide best customer service.
