• Assists in the effective administration of Hotel trainings and conducts line staff trainings and workshops as required through out the whole year.
• Create (monthly and annual) Development plans & Budgets (monthly and annual) based on the Hotel needs identified .
• Ensure & coordinating skills training in conjunction with Department Heads and with qualified Skills Trainers to ensure 100% development for employees by the end of the year.
• Monitor training sessions by Craft Trainers to ensure that standards of training are being maintained quarterly.
• Conducting the performance Management training for all the hotel supervisory level.
• Organizing awareness days.
• Handling the Summer trainees process
• Design, produce and implement training programs which meet hospitality needs in conjunction with Department Heads.
• Ensuring that Guest Courtesy training sessions are structured well and that training is effective
• Achieving our contract with the Egyptian Hotels Association by train their trainees for a fees.
• Handling the preparation & helping at the cascading of Company new programs .
• I handle some external trainings such as ( hotel Orientation for Faculties & a training for Mustang on attitude
• Authentic places project : ( I gathered all needed information, data & references for 6 authentic places )
• Preparing Monthly training recap for all the Hotel
• Preparation for a launching parties for new Programs and
participate in the hotel recognition program.
• Achieving Budget through using smart pay, and getting revenue
