Provides account services to customers by processing loans, receiving City Savings deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing cheque and withdrawals, and recording monthly end and mail deposits. 1. Receives & check liquidation reports including attachments and forwards the same to the COA 2. Prepares and files remittances of withholding taxes to the Bureau of Internal Revenue 3. Receives the reconciliation of the book of accounts and other accounting documents and statements; 4. Assists in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting data; 5. Certifies as to cash availability and signs disbursement/journal vouchers.
