Designing and architecting enterprise applications ensuring they meet SOLID principles of Object Oriented analysis.
• Researching and developing solutions for requirements initiated from client.
• Leading a team of Software Developers to ensure the scope committed in Software iteration.
• Providing technical leadership to team in the form of design, implementation and ensuring end result meet business requirements with respect to quality, functionality, performance, scalability
• Acting as a link between Software Development team and Business Development Team for potential client Demos and other presales activities such as filling RFPs
• Continual monitoring of resources and tasks completion to ensure compliance with planned release date
• Performing business analysis and scrutinizing the scope of clients' requirement while identifying GAPs in collaboration with business units
• Development and verifications of RS, FS and Design Documents
• Coordinating and resolving Technical/Non-Technical issues among team members
• Understanding business requirements and compiling estimations for stories / tasks assigned to team.
• Conducting User Training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at client side
• Travel to internal and external customer sites when required.

My responsibilities as senior software engineer were to analyze requirements, design and develop different modules in Credit Application Processing (one of the module of NFS suite), manage tasks allocation and conducting domain and technical training for juniors. CAP is a web-based application which provides a sophisticated software solution for financing and leasing companies engaged in motor vehicle financing/leasing for the processing of applications created and submitted by car dealers/brokers/users for credit appraisal and thereby approval or rejection of applications.

• Leading and managing task allocations of the team
• Requirement Analysis and Business Process Mapping workshops on Client Side
• Architect and design new components and frameworks
• Development of RS, FS and Design Documents
• Conducting User Training and User Acceptance Testing on Client Side
• Design and Development of new modules in CAP
• Assists architectural group in estimations, design and technologies evaluation
• Provides consultancy and support to other departments related to design and technology
