Presently, I am working in Software Solutions & Implementation team of IT division with one of the largest educational institutions of Pakistan. Our team is responsible to maintain the digital footprint of the group and ensure up-running of all the software being used in various domains of the group. All new developments, deployment and maintenance of existing software is primary focus of the team. My key responsibilities in this role are;
• Project management including all project resources, project planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, internal and external communications, status reporting, and resource management
• Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between Senior Management and Project teams
• Deliverance of projects on-time with high quality and within scope and budget
• Management of all phases of service delivery including: analysis and design, configuration, testing and training and deployment of solutions
• Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing business rules and developing functional specification
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team and key stakeholders
• Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
I was working in consulting division with Hybrid Technics. They are specialized in delivering digital strategy solutions, performance management programs for large scale complex business setups and specialized consulting services for industrial zones design, approval and development. My key contributions in this role were;
• Provided tech and digital advisory services to determine the current state of maturity and identify potential technology gaps
• Managed the team responsible for the identification of best of breed technology and digital systems and strategy
• Assisted with sales and business development activities and develop constructive client relationships
• End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business insights

I was managing Business analysis needs of Central Operations and Service Management Division of the largest bank of Dubai. This division involves all major functions of banking for retail banking including Account Relationship, Clearing, Payments, Fixed Deposits and Service Management. My role was;
• Developed actionable insights, dashboards, slideshows using different BI Tools
• Managed in-time publishing of periodic BAUs & SLA Reporting for stakeholders and to support regulatory reporting requirements
• Compiled and monitored key performance indicators of assigned teams
• Gathered requirements of stakeholders and convert into user stories and functional specs
• Liaison with Compliance, AML, Risk and Internal Audit Teams for their data requirements
• Gathered the requirements, develop data flow diagrams & coordinate with data team
• Conducted UAT of the Data, Reports and Dashboards
• Provided deep dives relating to banking staff productivity, quality scores and staff ratings

• Suggested new features and improvements to existing features of the BI Product
• Conducted customer surveys and analyzed customers’ feedback
• Gathered requirements and built user stories and wire-frames
• Planned sprints and coordinated with development team for timely deliverance of agreed user stories
• Was part of customer success team and implemented the product for various customers
• Developed reporting solutions for clients in BI Platform

Danway Industries is a sub-contracting subsidiary of Danway Abu Dhabi, dealing in Aluminum and glass work in mega malls and housing projects. I contributed in following areas;
• Implemented MS Dynamics GP - Accounting and Inventory Modules
• Worked on Fixed Assets Management assignment and documented the assets of the company
• Contributed in setting up the Payroll Management System for labor
• Handled various responsibilities including Import of Aluminum and Glass, export shipments of frames and glass to other GCC countries for installation, dealt with the clearing agents, liaison with banks for LGs, LCs and LTRs

Joined this composite Knitwear manufacturing unit as Internal Auditor and during three years stay here, worked in Internal Audit, Finance & Accounts, Admin & Payroll, Compliance and Certification, Internal Control & Inventory Management, Production Management and Production Planning and Control. I Contributed at management level in operational management, policy making and decision making issues.
Joined the head office of this leading textile manufacturing group in IT Department and assisted Group Manager IT in purchases at group levels. My other responsibilities included liaison with vendors and accounts & finance department.
Started my career as Internal Auditor and performed the multiple audit assignments in various afghan refugees’ camps, water & food supply cells, health projects and education cells. Contributed in tracing high volume frauds.
