• Leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Overseeing financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reports to clients.

• Managing Cash flows from operating and financing activities
• Product profitability and cost analysis
• Establishing system of internal controls to help provide management assurance that company policies and procedures are complied with.
• Managing customers and vendors relating to their invoices, payments/receipts, debit/credit notes and all ancillary matters.
• Supervising tax matters and making sure compliance with Federal Board of Revenue rules & regulations.
• Providing accounting and bookkeeping services to small and medium-sized businesses in various accounting systems like Quickbooks, Xero, Freshbooks, Restaurant 365, Wave, Sage, SAP, etc.
• Services include Chart of Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, Account Reconciliations, Inventory Tracking, COGS Tracking, Journal Entries, Month-end & Year-end Closing
• Developing financial policies, systems and processes across the campus to improve the financial reporting environment.
• Budgeting & forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis, and management reporting ensuring compliance.
• Supervising student account section for billing and collection of tuition fee and transport fees.
• Authorization of all vouchers after scrutinizing of supporting documents.
• Filing Income Tax Returns, Withholding and Wealth Statements in FBR portal.
• E-Filing of sales tax returns, income tax returns, statements for individuals & companies.
• Correspondence with Federal Board of Revenue on behalf of clients for notices issued
• Appearing before Commissioner Inland Revenue (Appeals), Gujranwala.
• Compilation of documents required for Sales Tax Audit and Income Tax Audit
• Executing internal controls and audit procedures in accordance with ISAs
• Discussing the discrepancies observed during audit with the management.
• Finalization of audit and preparation of auditor’s report.
• Maintaining general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, Payroll and cash management
• Preparation of consolidated monthly/quarterly/annually financial statements
• Financial Forecasting and Budgeting
• Variance Analysis among Actual, Budget and Forecast
• Providing detailed commentary of variances for MD&A and suggesting Corrective measures for the variances.
• Maintaining fixed asset register
• Carried out internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency/accuracy.
• Intercompnay Accounting
• Preparing reports and supports for External Audit Function
• Hands-on experience in BPC (consolidation tool) and TWS (treasury tool) applications of SAP
• Managing Petty Cash and Supervising the Administrative matters of Office.
