• Providing training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of security systems. Offering ongoing technical support post-handover to ensure sustained system performance.
• Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensuring timely procurement of materials and services and negotiating contracts to achieve the best value.

• Responsible for all Engineering electrical work for ongoing and maintenance projects including new. installation from design phase to testing and commissioning phase.
• Managing Operation & maintenance works for maintenance projects.
• Provide engineering support and customer service to clients.

• Assure project and program schedules are carried out in accordance with established standards and procedures.

• Responsible for all safety and security systems at Head office and at all 40+ stations.
• Manage and maintain all monitoring and control systems for fueling at stations.
• Design, install, operate, and maintain low current systems in addition IT senior works.
• Provides engineering support and customer service to clients.
• Acts as a field representative and a site project engineer.
