DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generates inventory reports, purchase orders, material receipt notes, new accounts, product codes and other reports as required.
• Sends, distributes, files and retrieves Purchase Orders accordingly.
• Maintains and updates Material Tracking log for all material requisition from sites and stores.
• Coordinates and follows up to Purchase Officer materials not receive from site as per advise of Site Supervisor/Project Manager.
• Coordinates and follows up order to suppliers as required.
• Receives and maintains file of delivery notes from site.
• Provides purchase orders for goods and services in a timely manner as required
• Prepare payment request and manage file.
• Provide assistance to Accounts by coordinating to suppliers regarding invoice and payment.
• Provide assistance to the Procurement Manager and all Procurement Officers when required.
• Provide assistance to the organization members related with all procurement matters.
• Maintains and keeps all company files and makes it readily available once requested.
• Prepares business correspondence.
• Monitors and keeps files and records.
