I was providing support for the overall functions of the Human Capital department, which also included Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development, with a specific focus on HC projects and initiatives. I was also working closely with the HC Director on providing guidance and support to the entire business and all fashion employees.
• Designing, developing and maintaining the recruitment process in the organization
• Exploring the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Building quality relationship with the internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and constantly reducing the costs of the recruitment process
• Setting the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
• Conducting job interviews for all available positions from junior to senior management
• Acting as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
• Designed recruitment training deck for line managers on system & TA processes
