Description:
• Analyzing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and
obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice and report
the outcomes
• Designing and implementing Finance process & policy
• Head Finance partner with EXPO2020
• Approving the Purchase order, reviewing the quotation & vendors
• Managing all corporate bank accounts
• Checking the Bank statement & reconcile it with our books
• Prepare the monthly reports
• Financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and project cost analysis along
with working capital management and investments
• Support the other department to assign their budget requirement
• Handling Real Estate project & Escrow Account
• check the invoice & receipt note to grantee its allocate in the correct account
• Managing the yearly Audit
• Financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and project cost analysis along
with working capital management and investments
at Management Account Section
General Ledger Unit/Fixed asset/Project Expenditure Control/Revenue
Description:
○ Analyze Incoming Debit/Credit Notes and take necessary action.
○ Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and arrange to clear outstanding/pending
items.
○ Prepare monthly Journal Vouchers in time to enable a smooth closing of GL.
○ Send Debit/Credit ICs immediately upon receipt of JVs from other sections.
○ Reconcile Current Account balances with HO, Other Regions and Subsidiaries before
Closing GL.
○ Follow up with HO for the procedure and GL account for any new service or
promotion.
○ Prepare cost of work for Etisalat Project
○ Handling cable damage cases
