• Handling general accounting of daily transactions (Supplier’s invoices, payments, customer invoices, petty cash, bank reconciliation)
• Managing an external team responsible form posting and reviewing their work for efficient completeness
• Handling general expenses and operation costs.
• Responsible for Form 4s and Custom Clearance completeness on the given timeframe
• Managed bank reconciliations effectively, credit facilitations such as letter of credits and guarantees.
• Prepare monthly payroll and taxes such as (Sales Tax, Payroll Tax and Stamp Tax).
• Responsible to coordinate annual external audits, providing information for auditors for preparation of annual financial statements.
• Ensures the integrity of all accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transactions.
• Responsible for timely month end closing and finalizing monthly trial balances.
• Prepare financial reports and management reports.
• Fulfill all internal and external audit requirement
• Intercompany transactions and balance confirmation
• Assist in Annual Budget (RBU1, RBU2)
• Manage and participate in the Forecast with the controllers team
• Responsible for Petty cash and refundable on the specific time manners

• Responsible for Non-Trade Payables
• Responsible for Stores Payables "Rent, Security, Maintenance, Lease Hold Improvements, and Others"
• Settling and presenting Tax deducted from supplier quarterly report.
• Settling and presenting Payroll Tax & social ins. Monthly
• Responsible for Marketing Payables "Outdoors, Commercials, Promotions, and Others"
• Responsible for Monthly Accruals.
• Responsible for petty cash & General cashier Reconciliation
• Monthly closing reports for Supplier Down payments, Prepaid Expenses, Accrual Expenses, and Accounts Payable
• Prepare monthly P&L per shop to evaluate the performance.
• Responsible for Assets addition.
• Monthly Payroll entry
• Intercompany transactions and balance confirmation
• Bank reconciliation
• Recording cost information for use in Sales
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
• Working on Maintenance Module

• Handle British And Irish Customers Inquires and Complains Regarding Their Mobile Network, Achieve Monthly AHT “ Average Handling Time “ And Customer Daily Survey
