Job includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly bank reconciliation;
daily bank liabilities monitoring;
- preparation, submission, & monitoring of bank applications;
- petty cash fund custodian;
- PDC custody and monitoring;
- daily collection monitoring & report submission to executives;
- incoming & outgoing payments in SAP (including invoicing);
- journal voucher entries;
- issuing SOAs to customers;
- credit card custody, monitoring & reconciliation; and
- supplier & utility payments (including delivery notes).
Job includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparation of daily journal entries and check vouchers;
- daily penalties & account updating computations;
- bank reconciliation;
- AR aging (spotting delinquent accounts) & AP aging;
- maintaining manual schedules for balance sheet accounts;
- daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual accounting reports;
- client & office insurance monitoring;
- general administration tasks (e.g. ofice supplies & FFE); and
- responsible of the entire accounting cycle of the branch.
Job includes, but is not limitedt o:
- Coordinating with Australian counterpart for accounting-related matters;
- entering account data from source documents on time;
- reviewing data for deficiencies or errors;
- applying data program techniques and procedures;
- serving as the interlink between suppliers and customers;
- in charge of stripe remittances in various time zones; and
- doing email correspondences, including voicemails.
Job includes, but is not limited to:
- Serves as the creative editor of all staff; and
- serves as the budget/finance person of the organization.
