• Preparing regular transactions
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders & maintain pending Bills Register.
• Preparation of Raw Material Register.
• Verification of Bills, Preparation of payments voucher and accounting with proper narration on daily basis.

• Assist the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Preparation of payment advices to the customers.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly information.
• Monitoring Petty Cash Book and other Indirect Expenses.
• Reporting Management regarding Bank Account Operations.
• Cash Deposited in Bank, Cash Withdrawn from Bank.
• Cash Collecting from sales team.
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports.
• Analyzing and preparing sales report.
• Arrangements of Quarterly Review meet with various teams about new initiatives & suggestions to productivity & Profitability.
• Keeping the confidential records, reports and other important documents.
• Coordinating with auditors at audit time.
