Product: Symantec Endpoint Management (Altiris)
• Assisting Enterprise customer on call and on remote sessions on technical issues related to Altiris products.
• Assisting customer Technical Issues on Altiris Product (ITMS/CMS/SMS/AMS) like Installation failed, incorrect product configuration, incorrect customization, Product upgrade issues and explain them the root cause of the issues.
• Testing the product working reported by customers and if the issue is reproducible reporting the same to Engineering team as bug and request for Point fix.
• Working on Security Products SEP and DLP integration with Altiris.
• Handling Escalation of 1st line support.
• Conducting training the new Engineers on Altiris Products.
• Conducting training for the tenured engineers on Technologies like Windows, SQL, IIS etc.
• Documenting and creating knowledge base articles for new issues identified.
• Conducting Technical interviews for Technical Support Engineers for Altiris Product.
• Assisting Sales team during Customer Demo, Technical Queries, and with documentation.
• Managing the team in absence of Manager.
• Working with Info-Dev team to improve the documentation.
Product: Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP)
• Installation and Configuration of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1.
• Assisting Enterprise, Small and Medium size Business (SMBs) for configuring Firewall Policies, Intrusion Policies, Client Communication policies, Replication, Failover and Load balancing.
• Installation and Configuration of IT Analytics 2.1 for Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.

• Implementation of healthcare domain software’s viz HIS (Healthcare information System), RIS (Radiology Information System), PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System) and EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
• Administration of Server at windows level, Linux Level and Sun Solaris level
