-Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
-Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries and prepare reports as profit and loss - Balance sheet - Cash flow.
-Provide guidance to Accountants and cashiers whenever needed.
- Preparing competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to senior management.
-Maintaining and updating all accounts, preparation of debtor’s schedules, and following up of outstanding payments.
-Monitor expenditures, analyses revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
- Established and supervised the creation of all the systems, workflows & related formats of the company from scratch, this includes Finance & Accounting, Sales, Bid's pricing, Warehousing, Purchasing & logistics, HR & Admin. & Maintenance Workshop departments.
