Duties Includes;
- Manage all group hosted services (O365, Gsuite and SAP) with (Ex.Microsoft, Google and Amzon) technical services and renewals.
- Manage group IT security infrastructure equipment FWs/FTDs/WSAs/ASAs/ISE, services:open DNS, AV, and tools.
- Manage Vmware based blade infratructures HP/Cisco.

- Manage and coordinate IT internal/external annual auditing process (Ex.E&Y, KPMG, ...etc.).
- Manage group annual IT service catalog updates.
- Manage and develop group IT policies, procedures, users security rules and code of business conduct.
- Manage group ERP projects and requirements.
- Manage all group IT service desk process via Manage engine application, ensuring the annual users satisfaction objective of 80% or above annually.
- Manage the alignment of annual IT objectives with group annual business objectives along with group business Vision and Mission.
- Manage all Group IT Operations budget (Capex, Opex) and developing the annual budget and IT operations 3YITP.
- Manage all group IT operations hiring plan and sites IT allocations.
- Manage group IT service HUB team performance management process (Appraisals "June/Dec", Annual bonus, promotions and profit sharing submissions).
- Manage and assemble IT professional committees.
- Manage Group IT development plans, career paths and new assignments.
- Develop, monitor and report IT KPIs.
- Manage IT consultants for NKY KSA projects.
- Reporting IT progress in mega projects.
- Approving projects IT submittals.
- Developing IT specifications for mega projects.
- Auditing deployments to be according to defined specifications.
- Manage the revision of submittals through the IT consultants' team (Security, Data-center and Communication & networks) CCIE certified professionals.
- Meeting with IT contractors and third parties to define solutions and specifications.
- Manage the development of IT policies and procedures.
- Managing IT audits and security reviews and mitigation of vulnerabilities.
- Manage IT team of more than 50 specialists on sites and HQ.
- IT team appraisals and performance evaluations.
Duties Include:
- IT Strategic planning.
- Industrial operations for the smart meters driving applications.
- IT Research and development to develop a driving application for ECC smart meters on the medium run.
- Participate in ECC strategic vision and plan as an Ex-com member.
- Preparation of ECC IT regional data centers and hosting facilities.
- Construct a capable IT team (Applications/Operations/Helpdesk/R&D).
- Develop corporate IT policies and procedures.
- Develop IT KPIs.
- Develop IT organizational chart, Staff evaluation criteria and IDPs.

- Managing the IT services delivery and support for lafarge MENA sister countries.
- Manage and supervise Oracle ERP modules implementations.
- Manage design, implementation of main operation services (ISA, DNS, Lotus Notes mailing, Gmail, Internal communication services and Help desk “toutchpaper”, File and print solution)
- Manage IT operations support services, Plants' shifting, Scrap and inventory systems (Asset managment).
- Manage design, configuration, administration and monitoring of LAN / WAN / WLAN / Voice network infrastructures (Switches, MLS Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPNs, ASAs, Access points, IP Telephony systems, remote access systems, Intranet access).
- Manage design and configuration of Leased Lines, ADSL lines and VPN/VPDN connections.
- Manage design of IP Subnets/Supernets for HO, Remote offices and Plants.
- Manage design, implementation and administration of networking monitoring systems and enterprise monitoring systems (Ciscoworks, Tivoli, HP Openview, whatsup, LAN explorer, MRTG, ...etc).
- IT Capacity planning for Servers HW / SW and for network infrastructures and IT projects.
- IT budgeting and Sizing for infrastructure needs for new upgrades and Projects.
- Manage design and implementation of data center preparation standards (UPSs, Power, HVAC, access control, fire rated door, raised floor, false ceiling, fire alarming / fighting, Environmental monitoring systems).
- Manage main IT projects as (IP Telephony, Integrating the New IP telephony system with the Definity PBX legacy system, relocation of HO to Nilecity offices, Implementing wireless network infrastructure, creating and implementing IT Policies and procedures, creating and implementing HO and Plant DRP for network, servers and services, Lafarge Merge project, integrating A&C and NBC/EgyptSack/LMEA infrastructures).
- Managed IT Infrastructure preparation projects for Ex-OCI corporate international projects in Iraq, Sudan, Turkey, UAE and Pakistan Cement HOs and plants including (designing, Kickoff, planning, budgeting, control and closeout and after implementation support).
- Managing the IT operations in Lafarge Egypt BUs (LCE, LMEA, RMX, Aggregates, NBC and EgyptSack).
