- Hardware and software information for more than 500 workstations.
- Login information for over a million student logins per month.

- Led projects with budgets of up to $100, 000 and short-term projects of around $35, 000 budgets.
- Clarified client requirements, business needs, and project objectives via feedback sessions and client meetings in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Timed successful launches of web sites such as GITEX Technology Week 2008.

- Administered the release of a newer version of the CRM application, where it introduced new Marketing sub modules ranging from Campaign to Lead planning and management.
- Supervised and motivated a web development team of 5 members to ensure rapid application development and maintain team morale under tight delivery schedules.
- Oversaw resolution of numerous front-end and middle-tier related bugs.
- Initiated and led the project of developing an in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system enabling over 200 sales people in 8 countries to efficiently cover more than twenty five thousand corporate clients providing them with the swift service expected of an on-line solution. The system primarily addressed the needs of the sales team by providing them with Opportunity, Activity, Quotation and sales order management sub modules.
- Enhanced job seeker functionality, including the CV-builder and job application process.
- Amended security and authentication enhancements around the application architecture.
Co-developed an e-government interoperability framework for the the finance department in Abu Dhabi in co-ordination with other private and government entities. My job was mainly developing the required web services and application using the .Net framework.
My second year in the Master's program was spent writing my Thesis entitled: Formal Validation of Security Properties of AMT. Quality and importance of work qualified it to be published by LAP Publishing, Canada.
