- participation in the development and examination of normative legal acts in the field of technical regulation, interstate,
international, regional standards, national standards, preliminary national standards and classifiers of technical and
economic information of foreign states and amendments to them in accordance with legislation, with the exception of
military standards for goods (products), works and services of military and dual use;
- development, consideration, coordination and preparation for approval of draft national standards (ST RK), other
normative documents on standardization and technical regulations related to ISO 45001, OHSAS are;
- preparation of proposals for the standardization plan in the development of new, revision and amendments to the
standards and normative documents on standardization in force in Kazakhstan;
- preparation of amendments to the current normative documents on standardization;
- preparation of proposals for the abolition of the normative documents in force in the republic on standardization for
objects assigned to the TC;
- assessment of the technical level and the achieved level of standardization for the objects assigned to the TC;
- participation in internal (Lead auditor) and externals audit (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001);

couplings, pipe joints, etc. at the mills in Brazil, Italy, Romania, Argentina;
- preparation documents to receive Permit for Use for several Tenaris Mills based in Brazil, Italy, Romania, Argentina,
Mexico, USA;
- responsible to obtain Permit for Use; develop procedure, presentation and action plan for PFU process;
- implement and control all RA requirements related to the product/services/process; prepare material Certification
Matrix in accordance with TCO and KPO requirements;
- lead of process : registration measuring devices in State Register of Measuring devise of RoK, and metrological
attestation;
- collaboration with Kazakhstani Institute if Metrology during registration of measuring devices process, preparation
methodic of verification etc.;
- control setting up and maintaining process of measuring devices; develop schedule, plan of verification, certification of
measuring devices;
