Responsible for managing the recruitment needs of the organization and ensure
that best fit candidates are recruited and selected on time based on the Talent
Acquisition strategy that is in line with the organization’s requirements to
support its growth plans and strategic objectives.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of Talent Acquisition Department to ensure
that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established
policies, processes, and procedures;
- Develop the annual manpower plan and budget
- Recommend improvements to Hiring policy and direct the implementation of
procedures and controls covering all areas of recruitment activity so that all
relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a
quality, cost-effective service.
- Develop, implementing, and administering short and long term recruitment strategies.
- Shortlisting candidates trough recruitment portals
- Interviewing candidates and creating profiles for review of Senior Management
- Working with hiring managers and the interviewing teams to develop and implement a recruitment strategy for job openings
- Assist and participates in planning, organization and control of the recruitment selection process to employ
suitable qualified employees.
- Sending Regret Letters
- Coordinating Issuance of offer letters and negotiation with candidates.
- Corresponding with selected candidates regarding employment process and further steps.
- Supervise the advertising/recruitment function.
- Consult with department/division directors, supervisors and others in an effort to determine problems with
the process and procedures.
- Consult with Organization Development Department on concerning job descriptions.
- Analyze requests for hiring
- Do preliminary analyses of survey data to identify hiring trends and to make preliminary projections, cost
and compare the data.
- Conducts and arranges the conduct of interviews of short listed applicants;
- Source and screen candidates to meet search requirements.
- Ensure policies, practices and processes are flawlessly executed and in full compliance to the company standard.
- Clearly communicate context and rationale for all recruitment practices.
- Utilize career events.
- Review and assess candidate CV’s.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate database.
- Follow up the status of the selected candidate’s process and completing documents.
- Follow up the deployment of recruited candidates.
