- Designed and led a comprehensive grants program, facilitating the development of STEAM projects and courses with impactful outcomes.
- Established and managed a dedicated website and social media platforms to promote the grants program and engage STEAM trainers, teachers, and students.
- Collaborated with STEAM trainers, teachers, and students to identify needs and align project objectives with the development of a robust online platform for knowledge sharing.
- Provided contract support, ensuring smooth collaboration with grant recipients and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

STEAM Local Changes (Grant for the development of a video course focusing on STEM direction and regional development)
STEAM Research (Regional grant offering a course on "Teaching Research Fundamentals and Methods" to students in grades 8-11)
BioDiversity program (Specific grant initiative to address biodiversity-related challenges)
STEAM Lab (Grant empowering educators to create a practical STEAM laboratory course)
