As an entrepreneur, established the first and only MICE specialized company in Lebanon in 2015, ranked since 2016 among market leaders in the MICE field in the region.
• Drove event’s sales to exceeding targets allowing the name of Exclusive Services Group to expand to the United Arab Emirates with the establishment of Exclusive Management co. in 2019
• Represented the company in the media, official hospitality and trade fares, working closely with international corporate accounts, government entities & worldwide PR agencies.
• Sat up standard operating procedures, processes and workflows for sales, customer support and partners relationship.
• Oversaw the hiring and training of sales, operations and business development teams, providing them with necessary resources and tools to meet financial objectives.
• Monitored the competition, applying best business practices and following business trends.
• Designed the company’s website for a unique customer experience & brand positioning.
• Negotiated and signed international partnerships and strategic alliances with leaders in the international MICE and tourism industry
-In charge of the Market and technology research.
-Responsible of developing seasonal Tourism plan, and formulation of strategy along with all corresponding plans, and direct supervision for the execution.
-Managing and development planning for new products.
-Managing product & service mix, responsible of pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
-In charge of planning, carrying out, supporting local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrating personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities such as the product launching, promotions, exhibitions, door to door sales trips, etc.
-Responsible of appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
-Recruit, Manage and develop direct-reporting staff; Design training courses and programs in the tourism / hospitality business, to meet training and development needs.
-Contribute to formulation of policy & strategy, setting the company’s goals as a member from the group’s management team.
-Handling the deals, contracts, and negotiations with local and overseas suppliers and partners.
-The companies representative and “porte parole” in all the medias.
- Managing and motivating a large group of employees (around 30 persons).
-Leading the groups and incentives department, promoting the company’s high standard services.
-Responsible of implementing the best practices & techniques to ensure quality and operational excellence of all activities related to the company’s services.
