Community Management - Supervision of day to day operations of the property and association to ensure the highest quality operation in accordance with established standard - Achieve the goals and directives of the Association as set forth in the Declaration and By-Laws Executive for all on-site operations, acting as contact for all staff, owners/residents, community organizations, government agencies and the public domain - Prepares a Management Report monthly, provides relevant materials and attachments - Fit-Outs - Collection - Client based interaction and liaison with Facilities Management team.

Executing all necessary architecture, electrical and machinery Drawings, designing farms layouts including
all systems from Cages or On floor, to Ventilation system installations, silos, manure belt and pit, feeding
and drinking systems.

Monitors workshop activities - Prepares studios for classes and ensures that work areas and equipment
stations are set - Monitors inventory of materials and supplies initiates ordering process as needed -
Prepare design proposals and new ideas to be implemented.

Consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction
being designed -Conceptualize and design buildings and develop plans describing design specifications,
building materials, costs and construction schedules. Prepare sketches and models for clients

Complete design and production of the permit execution drawings of a resort complex in Batroun (orchid)
- Shop drawing aluminum curtain walls, glass, high pressure laminated and finishing material including
insulation and waterproofing details. Onsite observation and inspection. Designing stairs and correcting
technical drawings.
