responsible for planning, coordinating and organizing the use of the fleet while ensuring maximum availability and controlled management of operating costs, taking all the formalities of visa applications and host
visitors, in strict compliance with policies, procedures and regulations established and implementation of audit recommendations
Organization and implementation of the service:
Management and monitoring of vehicles and drivers,
Property management: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cleaning, supplies, mail, security.
Inventory of different categories, requirements definition and implementation of a monitoring and maintenance and security of real estate through the logistical tools;
Tools for managing information across databases,
Use of these databases,
programming supplies,
setting up a stock of these needs and permanant followed it
Preparing and supervising expeditions of more than 10tons of bio bananas per two (2) weeks from TAMBACOUNDA (470km away from) DAKAR:
Collecting information from plantations (harvest previsions);
Correspondence with the fleet manager for goods' transportation;
Organizing and managing financial needs.

Bills to clients
o Managing stocks of cartons, plastics and glue;
Supervising the warehouse and local sells.
Determining and organizing the efficient use of the warehouse
Coaching stuff of sellers(bio bananas)
managing a library;
Reporting to the Director
Crew programming;
Cars launching;
Lines regulating.
I came out first in my year in 2010. I wrote a memory dealing with hydrocarbons road transportation in SENEGAL.
