Responsibilities:
• To Design and manufacture First Time in Pakistan some new machines related to ceramics table ware industry like Automatic handle making, Handle attaching, handle cutting and de-seaming, and cup washing machines.
• Responsible for designing, manufacturing and fabricating of ceramics pottery ware, sanitary ware, concrete pre-casting and plaster of paris making machines.
• Responsible for the purchasing of all material need by Engineering Department.
• To supervise all manufacturing process (gas cutting, grinding, fabricating, welding, turning, shaping, drilling, boring, and assembly).
• Attend weekly meetings related to progress of mechanical work.
• Implementation of Quality Management System.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Mechanical Maintenance of all Production Machinery.
• Responsible for new development of machinery according to the requirement of Production.
• Responsible for the designing & manufacturing of new machinery.
• Preparation of mechanical preventive maintenance programs and determines the required spare parts and replaces them in each case.
• Detect mechanical failure and identify its causes and repair.
• To make necessary adjustment for the installation of some spare parts replacement.
• To understand control circuits in the charts and the ability to absorb information.
• Prepared all of inspections check sheet quality control department related.
• Preparation of Engineering Department sheet according to ISO 9001 certification.
• Prepare the lists for required parts and tools Purchase these.
• Responsible for the purchasing of engineering department material.
Responsibilities:
