- Conduct full recruitment cycle from sourcing to post-hire
support, including technical interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and
candidate updates.
- Perform recruitment interviews using the company
’s internal AI
platform as well as standard interview processes.
- Conduct initial CV prescreening and assess candidate fit.
- Source candidates independently across multiple platforms,
including job boards, internal talent pools, and referrals.
- Maintain and actively manage talent pipelines using the internal
CRM system.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with hiring
managers to define candidate profiles and position needs.
- Recruit for a wide range of roles, with a focus on Front-end and
Back-end development (especially JavaScript), mobile
development (native and cross-platform), QA (manual and
automated testing), project and delivery management, architects,
business/system analysts, designers, and Salesforce developers.
- Manage the company referral program and leverage internal
resources to identify high-potential candidates.
- Provide candidate support throughout the hiring process,
ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies
with company goals and market needs.
