Maintenance work:
▪ Senior maintenance Engineer for Sewerage & Storm water Pumping Station and Network Planning, this led to improvement of KPI’s system.
▪ Operation, Maintenance and installation of water sewage pump stations & storm water pumping station and water pipeline network as per standard and zero incident case of safety.
▪ Repairing and Maintenance of various types of high pressure water lines & force main pumping station pipelines.
▪ Day to day manpower controlling and work management of sewage water pumping stations, repairing valve chambers and broken pipelines (Sewerage, irrigation).
▪ Operation and maintenance of MBR sewerage treatment plant with capacity 2120 cubic meter per day in Al REEM Island during effluent water permitted and environmental safety management.
▪ Ensure work is carried out in accordance with method statement.
▪ Ensure all HSE requirements are adhered and conduct daily inspections.
▪ Operation and maintenance of potable water plant in ALGHADEER according to ADDC permitted regulations
Infrastructure /construction works:
▪ Installation of HDPE Ø600 mm force main pipe line in ALREEM Island. Install of GRP, UPVC and DI pipes with zero incident safety cases of manpower and utilities.
▪ Erection Irrigation and sewerage pipe line, GRP, PVC, Ductile, AC, and VC.
▪ Construction of sewage house connection works of pipelines and sewerage manholes with requesting the required material up to installed on site.
▪ Construction of storm water pipe lines, inlets, catch basin and manholes.
▪ Compliance with method statements and risk assessments on site.
Estimation Works:
▪ Estimation work of the construction, operation & Maintenance pump stations and pipelines.
▪ Estimation work of the sewerage house connections pipe lines and manholes.
▪ Calculations and design of over pumping systems with diversion of existing live sewage or drainage pipelines.
▪ Flow rate calculations in sewage systems and storm water systems with all required of over pumping system and isolation work.
▪ Preparation method statements for the work performed.
• Making sure that estimates of budget, man-hours and material pricing are accurate and competitive.
• Liaising with service, procurement and workshop departments to asses for material pricing/availability and labor constraints
• Preparing quotations for additional work identified after order execution.
• Liaising with the customer regarding drawings and specifications.
• Communicating with procurement to prepare accurate pricing for subcontractor work.
• Reviewing commercial terms and work scope.
