- preparing the schedule of the bookstore team
- performing meetings to discuss the targets of our section, listening to the staff's comments, discussing the rules of the section, doing things that motivate my staff; all in all summing up the work of the week through pointing out the wrongs, rights, what should be done and what shouldn't be repeated.
- Issuing PO (purchase orders) and ASR (Automatic Stock Replenishment) for the section.
I had my internship in Digidata; a networking and consultation company. My training involved a bit of market research and sales tasks.
