(Chapter 14)
Project components:Learning experience platform, an e‑service portal, and
mobile app, knowledge extraction, automation, and advanced analytics.
Project Users:Aramco students & Employees (worldwide)
Tasks:
1. Gathering requirements to identify the project's exact requirements
throughout its lifecycle.
2. Manage project requirements and deliverables and timeline.
3. Conduct client (user) workshops regarding user requirements, workflows
and technology gaps. current system from all related departments.
4. Write functional documents to describe a product's appearance and
interactions with users in detail for software developers.
5. Designs screens using (whimsical, Figma) Tools
6. Data mapping, data visualization & data verification
7. Analysis, reporting and archiving for effective data management
1. Best practices for data cycle, data cleaning. Ensure data integrity,
confidentiality & security.
2. Modify data management infrastructure.
3. Implement data governance Design & implement high‑quality dashboards
KPIs tools.
4. Building & leading project team throughout project lifecycle.
5. Apply digital transformation solutions
6. Implement methods to improve data reliability & quality.
