Inventory Management:

• Review & inform stock status to stores for SKUS sold less than 40 %. Evaluate pullout from Jebel Ali for stocks requirement on priority.
• Special allocation (Sale, Promotion, event, advertisement, etc) Ensure that all negative quantities from the system is cleared within a specified time frame.
• Effecting price revisions based on the modalities set and ensuring that the same is implemented in the stores. Ensuring that price revision is completed, authorized by all necessary parties by 5th of every month.

• Journey plan for the month to be finalized by Concept Manager.
