Participates in creating the recruitment policy of the company and setting up the relevant standards as per the company rules.
• Coordinates and follows up with other departments on implementing the company rules and regulations.
• Tracks all business development activities, analyze progress and suggest new procedures based on findings.
• Follows up and clears the company and project shared issues with the government departments and other local authorities.
• Provides recommendations to the managers regarding company-wide goals, objectives and policies.
• In charge of the medical testing and re-testing procedures, like x-ray and blood test, and fixing an appointment as soon as possible.
• Arrangement of the issuance of certificates and fixing test suitable test appointments and follow-up with the ministry of health.
• Following up the repatriation of unfit workers.
• Arrangements of the blood group tests.
• Working on the e-government system for the issuance of work visa, new residence permits (RPs), extension of RPs, exit permits and paying penalties, in addition to the authentication of work contracts at the Labor Office and issuance of business visas.
• Driving and delivering the commercial performance of the business.
• Scheduling workloads to meet priorities and targets.

Follow-up and payment of electric/water bills and correction of irregularities
Smooth settlement of traffic accidents wherein the company workers and drivers would be involved and following up the insurance recovery for the car as well as passengers, if applicable.
Issuance and extension of car registration card and driver license, whether through the driving school or by direct replacement of license.
Settlement of road accidents with the Police or the Court, and payment of penalties, if necessary.
Executing any other tasks as required by Department Manager and Company Management.
Provides support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
Monitors staff performance and attendance activities.-
Coordinates staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Provides information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on human resource and work related issues.
Performs other related duties as required.
In charge of incoming and outgoing correspondences, submittals, transmittal and other documents.
Supervises the maintenance of the office equipment, stationary and furniture.
Prepares the agenda of the meetings.
Ensures the smooth running of the offices work.
Ensures the periodical maintenance of the vehicles and continuous supply of fuel.
Ensures the maintenance of the company premises.
Offers translation and interpretation service whenever required.
