Dealing with network Monitoring tools such as Cisco prime infra SolarWinds monitoring system.
Managed daily operations of a 300+ node, multi-network, multi- vendor
handling daily work related F5 ( LTM ) . handling critical Issus for Cisco ISE.
Experience in managing wireless controller " Aruba ClearPass". Leading a team of IT Engineers, assigning the task & assisting whenever required, Monitoring the Ticket queue & assign the ticket
as per availability.
• Responsible for communication protocols, configuration, integration &
security.
• Experiences in Design and Configuration of Cisco 4500, 2960, 3750,
Series Switches.
• Cisco switch configuration in particular VLAN
configuration/troubleshooting.
• Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracert, telnet.
• Investigating, diagnosing and resolve network problems.
• Designing LANs, internet/intranet and Voice networks.
• Prepare network implementation plan, which contain logical network
design, Configuration Guide of network devices, IP schema and verify the
proposed design with the customer's requirements.
• Experienced in Multiple protocols and configuration ( Vlan, DHCP, port
security, STP, VTP, VSS ).
Assistant Project Manager to implementation of projects:-
1. 2X cabling project :
• Experience in delivering infrastructure/data cabling based projects (Fiber
SM or MM - STP - UTP ) .
• Ensure effective and consistent use of risk management tools and policy,
and timely escalation of issues.
2. Data Center project.
• Responsible for implementation with Contractor and support the network
infrastructure with cabling, UPS, Batteries, Cisco switches, Racks
• Scan and archive the customer's request data.
• Monitor the overall project progress versus the main plan.
• Coordinate and manage project reporting
• Working in NCNC as IT Support in different fields.
• Technical support: Network, HW, Software, and all IT related problems.
• Troubleshoot network and computer peripheral for end users.
Cabling \[Straight - Crossover\] and Knowledge of cables and fiber optic
types.
• Performing duties in STC NOC as member on Cisco project.
• Troubleshooting data circuits, L2/L3 MPLS.
•Document all incidents, outages and performance alerts in Ticket
Systems either internal or external and Categorize issues for escalation to
appropriate technical teams
