• Plan a project before it begins by defining a project goals
(feasibility study), organizing activities, defining their relationships to each other,
defining all resource available and their
cost and assigned to
their activities letting ( Ms project) apply (
CPM) (critical path method) to create a
schedule network.
• Project control when its underway by update the schedule to
show how progress is being made on the activities and
incorporate any unforeseen events, then compare the resulting
schedule to its original plan. and then make adjustments to the
schedule which are designed to return the project to its original
plan. and prepare the progress reports
• Prepare specifications, material take off and budgetary cost
estimates using MS Word and Ms Excel.
• Conduct site investigation and inspection for proposed projects
and approve in accordance with the plans
and specifications for
the following Projects: -
