Marketing / Contracts Executive
• Responsible for the preparation of Purchase & Sales Contracts in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring the incoming & outgoing materials in our yard / factory.
• Preparing daily stock report.
• Preparing a monthly report for the fast moving and slow moving materials.
• Receiving all GRN (Goods Receipt Note) & GDN (Goods Dispatched Note) from our yard / factory.
• Preparing the Supplier's Payment Request and submitting to Account's Department.
• Preparing Commercial Invoice / Pro-forma Invoice.
• Verifying the documents provided by the supplier including invoice, weight tickets, & loading photos.
• Sending shipment details to the buyer.
• Responsible for processing / entering of the container details in the system.
• Coordinating with the supplier / buyer in the delivery of the materials.
• Preparing daily report and sending to the Managing Director.
• Raising claims to the supplier.
• Processing Import, Export, Cross-Trade Shipment in the system.

Purchase Officer / Inventory Controller

• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the site/store on time.

• Monitoring all purchase orders to affect the greatest savings within reasonable delivery times. In addition, this monitoring process will include coding, product, vendor, and other checks as may be necessary from time to time.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with the supplier.
• Confers with department personnel concerning the availability, cost and use of commodities.
• Maintaining useful and up-to-date suppliers list & raw material price list.
• Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, and missing parts.
• Applying online for a Duty Exemption in Ministry of Finance and Industry.
• Supervise the inspection of all supplies and equipment purchased to insure conformance with specifications.
• Prepares monthly payment voucher or necessary payment for all the suppliers.
• Prepare all the reports such as Sales Report, Raw Material Purchased, Raw Materials & Finished Products Summary, Weekly Visit of our Salesperson, and Raw Materials & Finished Products Inventory.
• Receive inquiries and check the availability and prices before sending quotation.
• Monitoring the in and out of the materials.
• Stock-in-take every quarterly.
• Monitoring Inventory of Finished Products, Raw Materials, Stamps & Hand tools Equipment.
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of internal controls, policies and procedures, training manuals, and other related documents that meet the specific needs of the business.
