During 8 years of work in the company, I passed my way from a claim's specialist to suppliers of goods to the head of the foreign economic department with a team 30+ employees, implemented the following projects:
-improvement of the tender procedures, extension of customs clearance points for sea, air, railway, auto supplies;
-construction, implementation and training of the LOGOS system;
-automatization of issuing claims to goods suppliers in regards to contractual obligations (saving 2 FTE);
-implementation of electronic document management, reduction of the payment period from 3 weeks to 3 days (EDM, EDI);
-automatic receipt of electronic events and customs declarations from Alta\STM programs to the LOGOS and SAP ERP systems;
-SLT of customs clearance is 95%;
-SLT for creating purchase\acceptance orders is 90%;
-implementation and updating of the system for calculating goods costs;
-modification and automatization of reporting process, transactions in SAP ERP system concerning to the plan and fact data of production cost, creation of orders for acceptance and purchase-using 1 transaction instead of 4, saving 1 FTE;
-automatization of receiving scans of invoices for payment with display of the processing status and errors at each stage of payment;
-correct recording, on time shipping and transshipment in Russian Federation sea ports (sorting and delivery from ports fruits and vegetables according to invoices);
-annual economy of the customs representatives services is 3%;
- confirmation and return of claims payments of service providers for 2021-2023 is 100%.
At the last position I was managing 3 areas: port operations and deliveries from ports; customs clearance; payments to contractors services and entering into SAP ERP system purchase (costs calculation)/acceptance orders.
Cooperation with suppliers from Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, the CIS, Latin America, China, India of consumer goods: fruits and vegetables, goods of FOOD and NONFOOD categories, flower products, goods for own needs of company (for example, a postal sorting complex, video recorders, components for cars).
Types of supplies: container transportation, refrigerated carts, bulk cargo, auto, air, railway transportation.
Incoterms: EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, DDP.
Main responsibilities:
-recruitment, adaptation and motivation of the staff;
-budgeting and optimization of foreign economic activity expenses;
-planning of activities to improve the level of partners service;
-development of document flow;
-coordination of the tender procedure and contracts operation;
-conducting negotiations at the decision makers level;
-monitoring and approval of incoming documentation to the SED system;
-control of accounts receivable with business partners (logistics operators, customs representatives, 3PL operators, port forwarders, certification companies);
-monitoring of in time operations in the ports, at temporary storage warehouses, at railway stations, airports and customs operations;
-analysis of the timing deliveries to warehouses, storage of goods at third-party sides, return of empty containers to the port and implementation of relevant KPIs;
-control of returns of customs value adjustments, preferences;
-monitoring control of limitations of goverment authorities;
-control of correct and full display of import goods deliveries in systems (LOGOS, SAP, Excel);
-lobbying the interests of x5 in government agencies;
-monitoring of movements of veterinary products, certification of warehouses, coordination of ecological fee;
-reporting;
-monitoring of registration of re-export deliveries (including from warehouses in the Russian Federation);
-initiation, tracking and management of projects from the business side (Visio, Jira, Wiki, Power Point), including the export of fruits and vegetables to Turkey, obtaining authorized economic operator (AEO) status;
-settlement of issues related to unclosed deliveries, incorrect invoices, balances in the system and other emerging issues.

-control of in time operations in St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Novorossiysk, Temryuk, Caucasus, Tuapse ports; at temporary storage warehouses in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Samara, Orenburg, Smolensk, Zabaikalsk, Vladikavkaz, Dagestan, Pskov; at railway stations in Moscow, Zabaikalsk; at Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, Domodedovo airports and customs operations;
-control of timely confirmation of goods labeling, documents for cargo clearance;
-organization and updating of contracts and additional agreements with service suppliers;
-control and updating of instructions for goods suppliers as of labeling, certification and documentation;
-initiation and conduct of tender procedures for the selection of service partners;
-work with customs personal account (control of payments, absence of debt);
-control of fines payments to government agencies (Rosselkhoznadzor, Customs), in time inning of environmental fee;
- initiation and coordination of claims to suppliers of goods and services.

-delivery of consumer goods (truck deliveries, container shipping), cooperation with carriers and suppliers: tracking the readiness of cargo, ordering transport, creating of applications for transportation, monitoring of cargo motion and arrival at warehouse;
-checking documents for customs clearance, interaction with suppliers concerning to documents;
-interaction with customs representatives regarding cargo clearance (land deliveries to Moscow, sea deliveries to St. Petersburg);
-creation of system orders in the SAP ERP system for shipment (including cost calculation), acceptance;
-control of goods acceptance at the warehouses, resolving issues as of returning of cargo, shortages, incorrect temperature conditions during transportation, return of empty containers to the port;
-entering of invoices to the SAP ERP system, payment transactions to customs representatives, carriers, resolution of debt issues, carrying out customs declarations;
-calculation of customs payments;
-initiation and coordination of claims to service providers with direct management.
- calculation and submission of claims to goods suppliers of fruits and vegetables, food products, and other consumer goods (CIS, EAEU, Europe, Latin America, Africa, India, China);
-interaction with suppliers concerning to submitted claims (Outlook, phone conversations), analysis of claim cases;
-cooperation with the Pyaterochka DC warehouses regarding the quality characteristics of the incoming goods;
-interaction with survey organizations, clarification of product quality parameters;
-participation in the project for automatic filing of claims in SAP ERP program.
-Checking the movement of containers from Asia (China, Taiwan, Korea, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) and Portugal;
-Control of shipments periods and the movement of samples from Asia (China, Taiwan, Korea, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) or Europe (Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, France, Germany) to the consolidation warehouse in Germany, then definitely to Moscow, checking invoices for samples;
- Close interaction with the purchasing department, help in logistical issues, directly involved in the control of payments to suppliers;
- Tracking of container shipments from Asia to Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Novosibirsk, instructing suppliers about shipments, permanently control of shipment periods;
- Checking and control of telex releases presence for containers from Asia;
-Carrying out of expenses for containers from Asia and trucks from Europe to 1C program;
-Entry of trucks and containers data to 1C program, control of arrivals;
-Interaction with transport companies, broker, Foreign Economic Activity Department, warehouse, drivers;
- Control of trucks delivery from the port to the warehouse in Moscow, negotiation of delivery time with the broker and drivers;
-Correspondence and telephone conversations with suppliers in Asia;
-Checking and confirmation of bills of lading, forms A to transport companies and suppliers, control of the correctness of filling invoices and packing lists;
-Calculation of Insurance for containers;
- Directly replacing of Main Logistics Manager during his absence;
-Have self-control experience of trucks movement from Europe to Moscow, experience of avia and rail delivery.
