To deal with Planning and Scheduling using Primavera. Status updating and reporting which includes Histograms, S-Curves, Productivity, Dashboard and all other related reports including Invoicing and preparation of Study Reports for the Management.
Attend all Project related meetings including online meetings through Microsoft Team with Client, especially Weekly and Monthly Project Progress Meetings. Present the Accomplishment, Progress of the Activities which includes Leading & Lagging Tasks and forecasting of the Project, and delays with substantiated justification.
1. Preparation of Supervision Consultant Weekly Reporting (Dashboard) & Monthly Reports for
Client (SWCC).
2. Review Contractor Scheduling, Reporting and interact with Contractor and Client for all sort of
scheduling and reporting.
3. Review & Comment on Look Aheads.

4. Variance Reporting for Client Review
5. To deal with and interact between Client and Contractor for all project related issues.
6. Closely monitor with Contractor and update the Procurement Tracking Sheet, Interfaces, Risks
and Issues.
7. Any other reporting and assignment by the Client

(Shuaiba Power Plant Saudi, Electricity Company) &
