*Installing, configuring and maintaining Tejoury Ltd. computer hardware and software, systems, servers, firewall, switches, biometrics, vpn, backup solution, Microsoft dynamics Avaya phone and Pbx, CCTV, access security system, printers and scanners
*Communicating with users to determine the nature of problems
*Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer/server software and hardware faults
*Ensuring timely resolution of problems and outages
*Provide IT support for Hardware and Network Services (VPN, Servers, Backup solution, fire-wall and switches)
*Contribute to the proper installation, maintenance and disposal of desktop computers and printers
*Provide user support to ensure effective and timely resolution of technical problems, keeping users informed of the status of their request for support

*Setting up backups (autoloader and HDD) for servers and monitoring it daily
*Monitoring and maintaining Internet speed connection via LAN and wireless connection
*Maintaining applications for users such as antivirus, dynamics (ERP) and office.
*Creating an Inventory for all It devices
*Setup Outlook for desktop, laptop and handheld devices
*Purchasing Network peripherals each month for the Head office such as cartridges and ribbon laptop switches etc.
*Creating email and logins for new employees via Active directory and Exchange servers.
*Deploy HP LTO autoloader for backup solution (veritas)
*Responsible on purchasing IT and network needs.
*Manage Avaya PBX which is connected to a sip line and to LAN.
*Manage AD server, Centralized Antivirus server, Dynamics AX server, Oneil Server, Re-mote Desktop Server, Database server and VPN connection.
*Responsible for Data tape rotation and planning for backup solution.
