- Central Bank of Kuwait - e-Banking System: e-Banking System is intended to provide e-Clients (Ministries, Governmental Bodies, Exchange Agencies, and Banks) at CBK with a service facilitating transfer and payment transactions, fully secure electronic delivery, processing and settlement of transactions on accounts at CBK. The project divided into two phases: Kuwait Dinars and Foreign Currency Payments.
- Boubyan Bank - Corporate Internet Banking: The project is to implement an Internet Banking (IB) solution to Boubyan Bank corporate customers. The implementation was divided into two projects: IB Consumer and IB Corporate. IB Consumer solution was launched successfully into production, and now managing the IB Corporate banking solution implementation.
- National Electronic Services Management - Claim Processing (Closed): NESM was addressing the business of electronic healthcare transaction processing services offering full-service third party administration (TPA) for the medical care market. AFiT and its consortium of two American companies (Plexis and Mitan) have put solution that performed benefit administration and claim processing services.
- Central Bank of Kuwait - Enterprise Portal (Closed): The enterprise portal provided secure single sign-on delivery of web-based content and applications.
- Alghanim Industries- Kirby - Document Management System (Closed): Implementation of the Oracle Stellent Document Management and Workflow System within the Kirby to support operation across a number of geographies, namely UAE, Kuwait, and India.
• Managed successfully two Enterprise Content Management Systems (Hummingbird/ OpenText) implementation projects.
• Was responsible to respond to all the related Kuwait governmental tenders ( CTC ) and proposal submissions as required in a professional and time effective manner
• Defined the prospects’ business requirements, needs, and objectives, and designed a solution that meet the prospect's requirements and gave presentations in RFID, Enterprise Document Management, and Business Intelligence.
Finishing Pipeline
For a year, I was in charge for managing the Finishing Pipeline. The workflow of the Pipeline was complicated and mission critical. The pipeline’ legacy code was written in Java and Perl with Oracle in the backend.
Reagents Lab
• Helped in setting up and implementing Oracle Application 11i Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) for the lab. My role was to model the lab processes and workflow into OPM modules.
• Designed and built two applications using Oracle Developer 2000 to monitor the process of daily production, forecasting, and testing genome lots quality.
• Wrote Statistical Process Control (SPC) tool that would generate report and chart for any selected material.
• Reviewed and studied different Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) vendor products.
Finishing Informatics
• Created web form application to aid lab personnel track and update their own projects.
• Extended finishing workflows as requested by computer finishers or the finishing lab using Java and PL/SQL.
- Bucks: Internet enabled the Business Operation department by web enabling their financial forms and connecting them to a database.
- NOAA Assignment Scheduling System: Redesigned and expanded an existing website for Recreational Fishery Intercept for the east coast of United States.
- Komatsu America: This project also involved building a web application of after-sale periodical satisfaction surveys. I led and managed a team of 4 programmers to implement my architecture plan.
