Facilitates RFQ ( Request For Quotation) inquiries pertaining to various purchase requirements of the Plant Operations such as in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Plant; Technical, Warehouse, Sales & Marketing, I.T. & Administration Departments from either a General Trader, Specialized, and/or OEM Suppliers both from Local and Foreign Markets;
•Prepares Comparative Analysis Report on duly collected offers relative to the subject inquiry as to Price Competitiveness, Technical Specifications Suitability and Delivery Lead Time and same shall be forwarded to its respective end user for Technical Evaluation prior to awarding the Purchase Order to its winning bidder;
•Negotiates with various suppliers as to Cost Efficiency, Payment Terms and Delivery Terms as per INCOTERMS 2010 and/or commissioning of DHL Services as per Corporate IMPEX Account, whichever may deemed favorable to meeting the company’s purchase requirement on time;
•Generates multiple PR preparations to a consolidated Purchase Order commencement using NORIA System;
•Facilitates a reliable Status Monitoring on various Purchasing Transactions as to Approvals, Payments, Offer Negotiations, Technical Clarifications, Supplier’s Accreditation & Customs Clearance Undertaking;
•Identifies shipment requirements from a Foreign Supplier as to Attestation of Original Invoices & Country of Origin along with Packing Lists, AWB/BOL and Certificate of Insurance depending on the Purchase Order Value.
•Performs other functions as per the disposal of the Purchasing Chief.
to PMV Maintenance & Operations Division in the consolidation of its daily workshop reports and on-call activities on as per project basis;
•Ensures all reports / records submitted to PMV Manager are reliable and given action by the concerned parties;
•Facilitates preparations of all Purchase Requisitions & Logistical requirements for various project assignments in SABIC, ARAMCO, Saudi Chevron, Hadeed, Sahara, Samsung, & SAFCO among others;
•Consolidates Monthly Workshop & Third Party Billing Statements using Oracle and I.T. 3 Workspace Systems;
•Prepares Purchase Requisitions through IT3 Workspace - a US licensed System Software Program;
•Handles all local purchase requirements for Plant Machines & Vehicles;
•Prepares Weekly Comparative Analysis Report on Cost & Expense Summary;
•Maintains an accurate and reliable filing system of various Purchase Requisitions incurred on as per Supplier portfolio basis; and
•Prepares Entry of Item Master Codes to all Purchase Requisitions done on I.T. 3 System especially to PMV Stock Items; and
•Performs an automated Purchase Order Receiving Transactions for various Materials and Services.
Designs various marketing initiatives to augment sales off-take on as per area of coverage nationwide;
•Coordinates with the Research & Development & Productions Department for promo launching to synchronize its daily average production requirement in support of promo undertakings;
•Formulates new product line that captivates favorable market size;
•Facilitates outdoor merchandising campaign such as caravan, postering and media ad placements to fortify product recall and dominance; and
•Conducts customer service training among service crews to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Designs marketing work plan for Luzon operations including North Luzon, NCR, Calabarzon and Southern Tagalog regions;
•Initiates SWOT Analysis Review on as per area of coverage;
•Initiates Sales & Marketing Review to synchronize all its activities on as per area of coverage;
•Strengthens media management;
•Handles massive outdoor ads campaign on as per area of coverage to establish product dominance and high product recall;
•Strengthens rapport among trade and media outlets;
•Enlivens guerilla marketing as part of a persuasive market development;
•Initiates 100% on-time program implementation.
•Handles the Product Development Unit of the company;
•Coordinates with the Research & Development Unit about new product’s direction plan;
•Coordinates with the Quality Control to ensure 100% quality product assurance and efficacy;
•Handles the company’s regulatory requirements such as SEC, BFAD, IPO and HALAL accreditations;
•Handles the packaging development of new product lines;
•Handles the actual production of new products together with the toll manufacturer on as per schedule basis;
•Coordinates with the Finance, the Marketing specifically the product management group & the Sales Department about product development;
•Facilitates clinical studies of every product together the QC and the R&D departments;
•Facilitates formulation of product profiles together with the Marketing Department such as the Product Management Group, Creative and Ads Production Departments;
•Facilitates installation of the SMART group or the Sales & Marketing Reinforcement Team;
•Reports directly to the Office of the President for other Executive functions.
Conducts daily sales call with potential businesses;
•Solicits sales revenue;
•Makes sure that sales target are met through various sales strategies and tie up activities;
