• Provides support to any complaints regarding any Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing concerns.

Sewage Treatment Plant Head Operator & Mechanical Technician
PLANT HEAD-OPERATOR:
• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the wastewater treatment facility and its processes.
• Inspect the treatment plant systems to ensure efficient water treatment.
• Keep the treatment plant systems operational at all time.
• Prepare work permits to perform the scheduled Plant Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Assist in the performance of regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machineries.
• Record all activities and equipment readings for documentation.
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN:
• Responsible for the repairs of any mechanical wear and tear of pumps, mixers, blowers and all machineries or equipment within the Sewage Treatment Plant and other Vacuum Stations.
• Prepare work permits to perform the scheduled Plant Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Execute scheduled Plant Preventive Maintenance to maintain efficiency of the process.
• Performed changed oil, replacement of oil filters of pump motors, blowers, aerators and mixers.
• Calibrations of equipment such as: Flow meters, MLSS meters, PH sensors, Turbidity Sensors, Nitrate meters, Variable Frequency Drive etc.
• Doing actual inventory of spare parts
• Record and generate reports of all accomplished activities.
